Overview
We’re looking for a Level 3 Support Engineer to join our growing MSP team at Stonemere. This is a senior role focused on complex troubleshooting whilst working alongside other experienced engineers in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead 3rd line troubleshooting across client environments
* Act as final escalation point for Level 1 & 2 engineers
* Manage high-priority incidents and root cause analysis
* Support projects (migrations, deployments, onboardings)
* Maintain core infrastructure (servers, networks, M365)
* Mentor junior engineers and share best practice
Tech you’ll work with
* Microsoft 365 & Windows Server (AD, GPO)
* Virtualisation (Hyper‑V / VMware / Proxmox)
* Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VoIP)
* Backup & disaster recovery solutions
* Mixed environments (Windows, MacOS, mobile)
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ IT support experience (incl. Level 3 exposure)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience in an MSP environment (preferred)
* Excellent communication with both technical & non-technical users
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Working pattern
* Weekly shift rotation: 07:00–16:00 / 10:00–19:00
* On‑call rota: 1 in 5 weeks
* Hybrid working available

* Salary between £34,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
