Nottingham Greyhound Stadium has an exciting opportunity for casual Bar Staff to join the team! You must be over the age of 18 to apply for this position.

This is a casual vacancy with various hours available, however candidates must be available to work every Friday, with occasional Monday shifts, and be able to commit to working throughout the full calendar year, including non-term time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve all customers in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times.
2. Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service.
3. Advise guests on all products available within the venue.
4. Promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere.
5. Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all guest needs are met.
6. Maintain stock levels and rotation to minimise waste and assist with stocktaking.
7. Ensure the bar is fully stocked with glassware, ice, condiments, and sundries.
8. Serve food and beverages correctly, clean down areas, and complete duties as directed by management.
9. Keep work and public areas clean and tidy before, during and after service, adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
10. Accurately process and record orders, ensuring correct billing and payment handling.
11. Close tills in accordance with company procedures.
12. Follow all licensing laws, policies and procedures.
13. Handle cash, stock and equipment securely.
14. Act as an information point for customers.
15. Record wastage and dispose of rubbish in line with recycling initiatives.
16. Adhere to all company policies and undertake any reasonable duties as required.

17. Previous bar experience is essential.
