Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver refined, seasonal menus for guests at the private estate

* Manage stock, supplier relationships, budgets, and a small kitchen team
* Maintain rigorous hygiene and presentation standards across both locations
* Uphold and exceed service expectations aligned with 2 Rosette standards
* Balance fast-paced service with calm, effective leadership
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in both private and public hospitality settings
* Background working in kitchens at 2 Rosette level or higher
* Strong leadership, creativity, and time management skills
* Ability to adapt between bespoke private dining and high-quality pub service
* Full UK driving licence preferred due to the rural location
