We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Employment Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
* Provide personalised mentoring and support to clients seeking employment opportunities.
* Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
* Maintain organised records of client progress and employment outcomes using Microsoft Office tools.
* Facilitate workshops or training sessions on employability skills, including communication and organisational skills.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify potential job placements.
* Offer ongoing support to clients post-employment to ensure successful integration into the workplace.
* Utilise IT systems effectively to track client information and employment activities.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, employers, and team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience in mentoring or coaching roles is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Experience in customer service or working directly with diverse populations is preferred.
* Knowledge of IT systems relevant to employment services is advantageous.
* Ability to build rapport with clients and employers alike through effective interpersonal skills.

Pay: £24,420.00-£36,534.78 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
