Pertemps Daventry is currently recruiting for an Assistance Coordinator for one of our well-established companies.

This position would suit a graduate looking to start a career in a global business sector, or a candidate with some medical knowledge and proven experience in Travel Assistance and Healthcare.
The Assistance Coordinator will work alongside the Medical Team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance and support to clients mainly via telephone and email.
* Contact patients overseas.
* Plan complex flights and repatriations.
* Liaise with partners and agents around the world.
* Exceptional planning experience.
Experience:
* Interest in travel or extensive travel experience.
* Knowledge of global affairs and emerging international travel requirements and restrictions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Office Suite 365 applications.
* Experience in customer service and client support roles.
* Extensive global travel experience.
* Understanding of global rules, visas, and immigration.
* Language skills.
* Must have a driving licence.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday during office hours, with occasional requirements to assist outside these times to support clients worldwide.
