Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: Experience working with a range of IT hardware, software and network topologies. Experience troubleshooting complex issues and supporting colleagues across multiple sites. It would be advantageous if you have experience of writing reports for a variety of audiences. Experienced in being accountable for significant budgets and projects and you must have experience leading and managing a team. Significant knowledge leading change from a tactical perspective. You must be able to respond to audits and other information sources to drive planning and implementation. Experience procuring goods and services in a compliant manner. Knowledge of helpdesk systems and working in the education sector would be advantageous but is not essential. Knowledgeable on system design, configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of wireless networking, firewall, internet connectivity, switching and server management. Knowledge of Office 365 as well as Apple products and services would be very useful.
