Pegasus Group welcomes applications for the 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. Join our dynamic Urban Design team in the Lichfield office to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and a strong start to your career in a supportive training environment.
Note: Due to changes in Government Legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, and therefore unable to accept applications from individuals who hold a student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later career stages requiring work-sponsored visas.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture or a related subject. We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to use initiative and think creatively
Work experience in Urban Design or Architecture would be advantageous but is not essential, as you’ll be learning on the job with support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities and activities
As a Graduate Urban Designer, you will work closely with the Design team in delivering a range of design consultancy services on various projects and schemes. You’ll support conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs and design strategies for developers and private clients. You will gain experience across a range of sectors and clients to support your development.
