Key Responsibilities:
Support employees to identify professional, vocational and leadership development needs across the Service
Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning and leadership development programmes
Provide expert feedback using diagnostic tools
Lead and coordinate coaching programmes
Produce reports on the impact of learning initiatives
Act as a Programme Lead and Trainer for leadership and management programmes
Provide professional advice and coaching to support learning objectives
Experience/Qualification
Level 5 in Leadership and Management, Coaching and Mentoring or equivalent professional experience
Relevant degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience
Experience in designing and delivering leadership and management initiatives
Skilled facilitator and coach
Experience in managing developmental programmes and interventions
Able to evaluate learning and provide continuous improvement
Experienced communicator
Knowledge of learning and development theories and their practical application
