We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-known, high-volume housebuilder on a brand-new traditional build development in Oxfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and respected business with a strong reputation for quality and a solid pipeline of work.
Role
Supporting the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy residential development, helping to ensure units are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the management of site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
* Supporting programme delivery and ensuring targets are met
* Upholding health & safety standards
* Monitoring quality throughout the build process
* Assisting with site inspections and reporting
About You
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within housebuilding
* Strong understanding of traditional build housing
* SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified (or working towards)
* Proactive, organised and keen to progress your career
