The post holder’s primary task will be to oversee the stock management system within the External Off Site Warehouse & Blackfriars Hub.
The post holder will work across both locations based on activity levels.
The working shift (7.5 hours) will initially be between 6am and 10pm Monday to Friday, with future weekend work once the operation is fully operational.
The post holder will assist the Operations Manager in receiving, picking, packing, and storing deliveries into the warehouse and hub, using stock control software to check stock levels and availability. They will ensure items are stored correctly and that the SAP system is kept up to date.
Support will include delivering and replenishing consumables into storage locations within the Blackfriars Hub, following FEFO principles.
Attention to detail and physical fitness are essential, including the ability to lift and carry boxes within statutory weight limits.
Under supervision, the post holder will contribute to providing a high-quality, professional service to users and visitors.

* Work with handheld scanners for stock receipt, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Risk Management
* Follow safety policies and maintain health and safety standards.
* Ensure warehouse equipment and areas are safe, clean, and tidy.
* Be aware of hazards and take precautions.
* Report hazards, incidents, or injuries promptly.
* Follow fire safety procedures and attend relevant training.
