Responsibilities
* Build and grow your own HR consultancy business, delivering tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes.
* Develop and maintain a professional network of clients, prioritising their needs and maintaining strong consulting relationships.
* Utilise the organisation’s comprehensive resources, including marketing collateral, training course libraries and reporting tools, to support client engagements.
* Participate in regular business development activities such as monthly team meetings and 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions.
Qualifications
* Experienced and qualified HR Professional (CIPD or equivalent).
* Authorised to live and work in the UK.
* Strong drive, commitment and passion for self‑employment and client service.
* Ability to manage work/life balance while driving business growth.
