Family Care & Support Worker

Grade 3 SCP 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 pro rata

Part Time - 16 hours per week

Monday – Sunday between the house of 7.00am – 8.00pm

The Family Care and Support Team are looking for someone to provide a range of support for our young people and their families,.to support children and young people with a disability and/or complex needs, this will include personal care tasks and also support the child/young people to access play, recreation and leisure opportunities within the community, at home, or in a youth club provision.

You will also contribute to the implementation of care plans by providing a flexible service during the day, early mornings, evenings, weekends and during school holidays
