Job Responsibilities & Tasks
* Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, staying updated on features, benefits, and pricing to effectively assist customers. Adopting a no-force sales approach, contacting customers and explain any necessary vehicle repairs in a way they can understand, and gain approval for this work.
* Providing exceptional customer service, initiate and maintain positive interactions with customers via various communication channels (phone, email and in-person).
* Answering and addressing all incoming calls and email enquiries to the branch, scheduling bookings on the system, booking in customers, providing regular customer updates, handing over vehicles after service & maintenance work and maintaining ongoing relationships with our customers
* Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business through personalised service and follow-up.
* Actively seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement in processes, products, or services, contributing to the overall enhancement of the customer experience.
* Complete necessary administrative tasks such as processing orders, entering invoices, credits, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
* Be organised and able to manage a busy workload to ensure work is assigned to technicians quickly and efficiently. Liaising with the workshop to keep track of the vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready to meet customer expectations.
* Call suppliers to order parts and bring them into stock on the system once they arrive, ensuring the workflows through the workshop.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, assisting your managers in completing key administrative tasks.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work
* Understand and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
* Ensure that all works carried out are conducted per the company's procedures.
Technical Competencies
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to adapt your method of communication to the differing needs of our customers.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and customer needs, whilst maintaining outstanding customer service throughout.
* Comfortable using various computer systems, software, and CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales & purchase processes.
* Genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
* Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to team goals.

Basic starting salary of £29,000 Plus (Depending on skills & experience)
