Job Description
As Admin Support, you’ll play a key role in supporting our catering operation, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to catering managers and operational teams
Maintain accurate records
Handle invoices and supplier communications
Support HR and recruitment processes
Assist with internal audits and reporting
Ensure all admin procedures and due diligence align with company standards
Support marketing activities, including preparing promotional materials and internal communications
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
Confident working independently as well as part of a team
Experience with handling confidential information and documentation
Familiarity with basic finance processes
Knowledge of health & safety or food compliance paperwork (preferred)
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
