Are you a passionate and flexible Primary Supply Teacher seeking diverse opportunities within a supportive educational environment? About the Role
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across a range of subjects to maintain high standards of learning.
* Quickly adapting to different classroom environments and curricula.
* Managing behaviour effectively whilst fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Collaborating with permanent staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistency in teaching.
* Upholding safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of all pupils.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education.
* Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* A proactive approach to lesson planning and problem-solving.
* Flexibility and a willingness to work across multiple schools as required.
* Ability to travel between school venues is desirable, but not essential.
