A rare opportunity has arisen to join Elite Hotels as Director of Sales & Marketing. Reporting directly to the board the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Group's sales, revenue and marketing strategies to maximise the Company's commercial success, guest satisfaction and loyalty. Working closely with the board and hotel executive teams to develop the required culture that will ensure delivery of growth. With sharp commercial acumen you will also possess the requisite skills set to lead both the sales and marketing teams with equal energy.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Lead, inspire, manage and mentor the Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams for the group, ensuring a proactive sales culture and setting clear goals and targets.
2. Support the Directors and property General Managers in delivering commercial success.
3. Set and control the annual Sales & Marketing Budget.
4. Drive strategic sales initiatives, business development and partnership management, identifying new business opportunities to grow revenue across market segments, enhance the guest experience and profitability of the group.
5. Determine appropriate pricing, yield and rate strategies for all market segments to support the individual hotel‘s specific needs, maximise revenues and deliver required profit margins.
6. Direct the development of innovative, impactful, integrated marketing campaigns, and ensure effective delivery with measurable results.
7. Strengthen brand recognition and client engagement of Elite Hotels through PR, partnerships, digital marketing and campaigns. Direct the Company’s appointed PR agency to identify and maximise available PR opportunities and deliver return on investment.
8. Represent the Company by attending and supporting site visits, presentations, networking and industry events, to aid generation of new business, support customer retention and recruitment of new talent.
9. Maximising technology to ensure that the website, social media and printed collateral effectively represent the Company’s brand values.
10. Oversee the effective management of the Company’s database.
