This is a great opportunity to join a lovely and rewarding organisation, and prior experience in the industry is not essential as full training will be provided. Whats most important is the desire to learn, and build a worthwhile career.Location: Office based primarily but home working is available for up to 2 days per weekHours: 5 days per week - 9am until 5pm (Monday - Friday)Salary; £25,000 - £27,000 NegotiableContract type: PermanentBenefits;1. 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays, increasing with length of service, Christmas company Shutdown is also in addition)2.

Team socialsRole purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen within the Paraplanning team providing paraplanning support to the Paraplanners, Advisers and wider business.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Providing paraplanning support to the Financial adviser team across more simple products and cases with a view of developing into more complex advice areas and cases in development and learning journeySending Letter of Authorities to third party providersChasing outstanding information with third party providersAnalysing of policy informationPreparation of basic suitability letter and reportsAccurately recording clients data and complianceCommunication between client and adviser to ensure both parties are updated throughout the processWorking within desired timescales for completion of tasksProject a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standardsMaintain up to date industry knowledge and awareness by attending training days and keeping abreast of advice and process changes internallyDevelop technical competence at an appropriate level to meet the requirements of the roleMaintain a good working relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.Person Specification:Genuine interest in Financial Services and paraplanning as a long term careerInterest in taking exams and keen to develop is essentialHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyHighly organisedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIT SkillsDemonstrates a positive attitude at all timesWorks well as an individual and also as part of a large teamThis is a great opportunity to join a lovely and rewarding organisation, and prior experience in the industry is not essential as full training will be provided.
