The Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint a People Services Advisor to play a a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and consistent People service across the employee lifecycle. This is a full time post working 52 weeks per year. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement in People processes — from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations and exit — ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both employees and managers. Working collaboratively across the Foundation, the post-holder will use insight, feedback, and data to enhance processes, improve documentation, and embed best practice, supporting the People Team in delivering a professional, compliant, and people-focused service. The successful candidate will have experience in HR administration and/or employee relations and working knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
