Key Skills / Experience:
We are looking for individuals who:
Possess strong numerical and analytical skills
Demonstrate clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams
Have the ability to interpret drawings and specifications (training will be provided)
Thrive in deadline-driven environments with excellent attention to detail
Ideally have experience in estimating, costing, sales, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
Bring knowledge of engineering or mechanical processes (advantageous but not required)
What You'll Be Doing:
This is a fantastic opportunity for both early-career professionals and experienced estimators to join a dynamic Commercial/Sales team. You will:
Prepare accurate project costings by analysing materials, labour, and technical requirements
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Design, and Production teams to ensure accurate, competitive pricing
Create detailed build specification sheets using bespoke estimating software (full training provided)
Interpret technical drawings to produce precise cost estimates
Support the Sales team by delivering clear and well-documented pricing breakdowns
