What you’ll be doing
Candidate Attraction
* Overall responsibility for the attraction and engagement of potential candidates'
* Support Care Delivery Practitioner in identifying any shortfalls and high-risk areas regarding the care provision.
* Identify, resource, vet / screen, and interviewing appropriate care workers
* Ensure effective communication throughout the candidate journey.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure overall team success.
* Help to build and support strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain all job posting across various mediums, job boards, social media.
* Ensure that best practice is completed in terms of systems, notification, and engagement.
* Promote participation throughout the onboarding by encouraging candidate’s feedback.
Provide support across care packages by supporting with the care rota, ensuring shifts are covered and communicated to care workers and families when required.
Compliance and Administration
* Ensure all documents and updates are accessible on X3. Bridie as required to maintain compliant status.
* Provide support to the team by having an oversight of candidate compliance and ensure that all candidates are compliant to work prior to shift booking.
* Support the Registered Manager and Care Delivery practitioner by assisting continued compliance with Internal Audit and CQC requirements across care packages.
* Adherence to Community Care’s / RSR’s operational policies and procedures
* Provide access to Training and bookings for all candidates.
* Monitoring and check expiration dates and ensure appropriate actions for resolution.
* Support candidates, signpost, and manage candidate enquiries.
* Ensure the accurate processing of candidate payroll.
* Keep all X3 lists, birdie care team records up to date and manage the group in box and communication.
* Keep up to date with system developments.
Performance
• Regular update reporting, communication and liaison with Managers and team
• Achieve your targets and key performance indicators agreed by line manager
• Ensure Data Protection, GPDR compliance
• Attend training / workshops as identified
• Fully supportive of wider office and division

Who we’re looking for…
• Proven experience within care profession or similar - recruitment / administration / quality assurance
• Clear understanding of responsibilities & risks surrounding confidentiality & safeguarding,
• Promote positive company culture
• Possess strong organisational skills
• Experience/qualification/training in using IT systems and databases (Excel, Word etc.)
• Self-motivated to develop themselves and promote the business
