PMO Manager | Transformation | Governance | SaaS Delivery | £45–£50K + 10% Bonus | Bristol | Hybrid
We’re working with a well-established UK organisation currently investing heavily in its technology and transformation portfolio. They’re looking to appoint a PMO Manager to support governance and delivery across a growing programme of change initiatives.
This role sits at the centre of the transformation portfolio, working closely with the PMO Lead and Project Managers to ensure projects are aligned to business strategy, well governed and delivering against agreed timelines, budgets and benefits.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how projects are delivered — supporting teams, introducing best practice and ensuring the wider portfolio runs effectively.
In the role you will:
* Provide governance and oversight across projects within the transformation portfolio
* Support programme and project planning, ensuring plans are realistic and aligned
* Work closely with Project Managers to provide assurance and constructive challenge
* Monitor risks, issues and dependencies across the portfolio
* Lead governance forums and support portfolio reporting
* Drive continuous improvement in PMO standards and delivery practices
We’re looking for someone confident working with senior stakeholders who can balance strategic oversight with strong attention to detail. Experience supporting a programme or portfolio of projects within a structured PMO environment will be important.
Exposure to technology transformation, SaaS platforms or software delivery environments would be highly beneficial, alongside experience working with Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
The role is paying £45,000–£50,000 plus a 10% bonus, with 2-3 days onsite in Bristol.
