Position: Electrician Supervisor
Location: Derbyshire/ Birmingham/ East Midlands
Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum + car allowance + package

As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of electrical works, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and team performance across multiple active sites.
Role Overview
This is a key leadership position responsible for supervising and supporting a team of electricians and apprentices. The successful candidate will be accountable for project planning, site inspections, compliance management, and client liaison. You will play a pivotal role in upholding high standards for safety, workmanship, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise the delivery of electrical works on domestic properties.
* Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and toolbox talks.
* Provide ongoing mentoring, technical guidance, and performance management for field-based operatives and apprentices.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, residents, consultants, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution of technical issues.
* Monitor project budgets, material usage, and labour allocation, supporting cost control and commercial reporting.
* Promote and enforce best practices in health, safety, and environmental compliance, including incident investigation and corrective action planning.
Candidate Profile
* Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
* Current Gold ECS/CSCS card.
* 18th Edition
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* Demonstrated supervisory experience in housing, construction, or FM environments.
* Excellent technical knowledge, fault-finding skills, and understanding of compliance frameworks
* Full UK driving licence
