Role Overview
The Internal Account Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, becoming the go-to contact for all enquiries, support, and ongoing relationship development. This is a role where enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional service truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring they receive first-class service
Acting as the main point of contact, building strong and trusted B2B relationships
Creating accurate and compelling quotations tailored to customer needs
Following up quotations to maximise opportunities and drive growth
Proactively identifying ways to add value and strengthen client partnerships
Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
Keeping CRM records up to date and maintaining clear account visibility
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Previous experience in account management or B2B customer service
A natural ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
This role is office based, Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm. Benefits include a basic salary of circa £30,000 + a bonus scheme (OTE an additional £5,000 per annum).
