The role of Works Coordinator serves as a vital interface across multiple workstreams, offering a comprehensive view of activities across the Radbroke site and the wider Northern Region.

Job Description
Based at the head office of a prestigious banking client, you will be overseeing between six to ten sites, the Works Coordinator will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, including Projects, IT, and Security, through scheduled and ad hoc meetings to capture, monitor and track ongoing activities.
Clear and structured communication will be essential, ensuring that operational teams and key stakeholders are kept well-informed of developments and potential impacts.
The role offers both scope and variety, making it ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, collaboration and seeing improvements come to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate site activities to minimise disruption to client operations
- Own and manage the Site Activity Works Coordination
- Tracker to monitor ongoing and upcoming works
- Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements for Permit to Work submissions
- Identify and mitigate risks, constraints, or activity clashes using tracking tools and meetings
- Support delivery of a safe, high-performing workplace environment across all building operations
- Act as liaison between ISS, CRES, and other stakeholders for all maintenance and project works
- Ensure clear, structured updates to key stakeholders on potential impacts or changes
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Strong planning and resource management experience, ideally in FM, construction or industrial sectors
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive and solution-focused approach to project delivery
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification required
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, risk assessments, and relevant trade certifications
- Permit to Work certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance across projects
