Role: Receptionist Location: onsite – HA9 0HP. Rate: £12.60ph PAYE. 30 hours per week. Role Summary: Deliver high-quality front-line customer service at Berkshire House, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and callers promptly, courteously, and efficiently. Provide accurate information and advice to visitors. Manage visitor sign-in, issue badges, and follow fire safety procedures. Handle sensitive or potentially difficult situations calmly and professionally. Answer and transfer calls within service standards, ensuring helpful and accurate communication. Process incoming/outgoing mail and liaise with couriers. Build effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partners. Adhere to Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, and Customer Care policies.
