Support Worker - Residential Care Home (Sutton Coldfield) Autism | Learning Disabilities | Challenging Behaviour Location: Sutton Coldfield Hours: 42 hours per week Shift Pattern: 3 shifts on / 3 shifts off Shifts Available: Days: 8am - 8pm Nights: 8pm - 8am We are recruiting dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist residential care home in Sutton Coldfield, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities (LD), and challenging behaviour. This role offers secure hours, a structured rota, and an excellent work-life balance through a 3 shifts on / 3 shifts off working pattern.
