We are currently recruiting passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of welcoming and high-performing secondary schools across Kingston upon Thames. You will play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs, both in and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
* Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Promoting inclusion and ensuring all students can access the curriculum
* Assisting in behaviour management and pupil progress tracking
Requirements:
* Experience working with secondary-aged students is an advantage
* A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting learning
* Strong communication and team-working skills
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
