We are looking to add capacity to our Business Systems team as we look to embark on a period of significant change, both in terms of enhancing existing systems and rolling out new systems to improve business processes, information, and profitability. The main focuses of the role are: To provide consultancy and support the business through the effective use of IT Systems that are managed by the UK IT Group To collaborate with senior systems analyst colleagues in supporting and developing the existing application and end user base across the business, in particular warehouse management, ERP, T&A and finance To provide expertise in business system change projects to enhance functionality in existing systems and/or roll out new systems, in particular HR, Finance and Resource Management To review changing business needs and, where appropriate, progress change requests through the relevant business owner and/or suppliers. To work on BI initiatives, understanding business data and assisting in making it available for warehousing and reporting What you'll be doing: To develop and maintain a sound working knowledge of business systems and processes Working with systems vendors and systems analyst colleagues to support end user base with application issues (oWMS, CBASE, SAP, Kronos, ADP) Administration processes e.g. access control, change management Participate in testing new software releases Assist with master data management To work with the Business Systems team on the projects to rollout new systems, including HRIS, RMS This list is not exhaustive, accountabilities may vary dependant on locality or role complexity and may include any other duties considered reasonable by the line manager. What you’ll have: Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent organisational skills. Self-developing to reach target goals set. Existing knowledge in ERP, HR, Finance, Supply Chain an advantage Able to travel to locations at short notice.
