Ward Clerk role at NHS Borders
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ward clerk post in MAU. The post is 15 hours, working Wednesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm.
Responsibilities
* Handle case notes and use TRAK.
* Provide clerical support in a 36-bed busy medical admission unit (MAU).
* Interact with the public; support effective communication and teamwork within the unit.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience as a ward clerk is desirable but not essential, as training can be given.
* Experience in handling case notes and using TRAK is essential.
* Evidence of interaction with the public is desirable, including difficult situations.
* Evidence of effective teamwork and a willingness to learn should be provided in your application.
