Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Floor Manager to join our team at On The Rocks. The ideal candidate will oversee daily floor operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient food production.
Duties:
* Supervise and coordinate activities of the restaurant floor
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
* Provide guidance and support to staff members
* Assist Bar Manager when needed
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant setting
* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
