Do you have experience of successful fundraising in a not-for-profit organisation including achieving and managing support and grants from individuals, trusts and foundations and businesses? Kettle's Yard is looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated Development Manager to drive forward the annual giving programme and maximise support for Kettle's Yard.
Working within a small team at Kettle's Yard, the role of Development Manager gives an opportunity to make a big impression on the work of the organisation as well as seeing the impact that successful fundraising has on the development of high-quality exhibitions, research and community projects.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrable interest in fundraising within the arts and previous experience in a similar fundraising or sales environment. An adaptable communicator with strong interpersonal skills, the post holder will enjoy tailoring their approach to a variety of supporters, funders and stakeholders.
Additional salary information: In addition to the base salary stated above, the successful candidate for this post will receive an additional 2.5% supplement to their pay.
