As Centre Leader & CQC Registered Manager, you will take full accountability for the operational, commercial and clinical governance leadership of our new Leeds centre. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of services and employees, ensuring the safe, compliant and high-performing delivery of radiotherapy, diagnostics and outpatient oncology services. As the CQC Registered Manager, you will lead regulatory readiness, governance assurance and inspection preparedness, embedding a culture of safety, transparency and continuous improvement from the outset. This is more than operational management it is the opportunity to build and lead a founding team, shape how the centre operates, establish strong consultant relationships, and drive performance within a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. What You'll Do: Act as the named CQC Registered Manager for the Leeds centre, ensuring full regulatory compliance and inspection readiness. Lead the mobilisation and operational setup of the centre in preparation for opening. Provide clear, visible leadership across radiotherapy, diagnostics, nursing, administration and exercise medicine teams. Drive a high-performance culture using data and KPIs to deliver performance against budget and business plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and key referrers. Work closely with Market Development to grow referrals and maximise local market opportunities. Lead governance, quality assurance and risk management processes, including centre risk register ownership. Oversee health and safety compliance and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. Develop and deliver the annual centre plan and contribute to budgeting and financial performance. What You'll Have: Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager within a healthcare setting. Significant leadership and direct line management experience, ideally within private healthcare. Proven track record of delivering P&L performance and managing a healthcare facility. Strong understanding of governance, regulatory compliance and inspection frameworks. Experience building and maintaining consultant and stakeholder relationships. Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities. Degree-level education plus a business or management qualification. A consultative, engaging leadership style with a passion for service excellence.
