My client has an urgent requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk, on either a full or part-time basis (minimum of 30 hours).The role is fully office-based but does offer flexible working hours.
Salary £27,000 - £30,000
The role will cover:-
* Processing invoices from suppliers - coding to the relevant job and obtaining approval from the relevant manager, chasing where necessary.
* Processing subcontractor applications - coding to the relevant job and obtaining approval from the relevant manager
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Processing weekly subcontractor payment run
* Processing monthly supplier payment run
* Any other duties as required
* Good Attention to detail
