The successful candidate must have a do it now & can-do attitude to produce high quality elastomer moulded products to specification and target assisting Shift Team Leader by helping operators through training to ensure quality standards / targets are maintained. Based in our Aberdeen headquarters, reporting to the Shift Team Leader the position’s main responsibility is to take over NPI jobs passed on from NPI Technicians, assisting training and coaching of operators and covering Team Leader duties when absent. Requirements Experience moulding within a manufacturing environment at a minimum Grade Level 2. Ideal candidate must have leadership skills Ability to motivate team Track record of continuous improvement. Full job description can be provided on request.
