Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager (Extra Care) - part time on a Permanent part time basis at our Retirement Services Extra Care Scheme based in Edgware.
A bit about the role:
As a Scheme Manager (Extra Care) - part time, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day housing management and services provided at an Extra Care scheme.
You will manage the estate and monitoring the services provided by others.

4. Ensure the scheme complies with all statutory requirements regarding fire, safety, and health at all times.
5. Foster positive working relationships with external care teams and stakeholders.
6. Uphold a high standard of resident satisfaction, making sure residents feel safe, secure, and valued.
7. Report and actively oversee repairs and maintenance.
8. Identify and address any safeguarding concerns and manage risks effectively.
9. Regularly evaluate residents' needs to guarantee they receive the appropriate level of support.
10. Provide coverage for other schemes as needed
This role will require an Enhanced DBS check, a UK driver’s licence, and access to a vehicle.
Cover of other schemes within the service may be required and any such travel expenses will be paid accordingly.
