The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs (desirable, but not essential)
* Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a genuine commitment to helping every pupil succeed
* Be able to build positive relationships and work effectively as part of a collaborative team
* Be passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences
