Development Chemist – R&D / Technical Service Full-time | Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year) | Office-Based (Monday–Friday, 39 hrs/week) Competitive Salary – Based on Experience Are you passionate about science, innovation, and product development? We’re looking for a Development Chemist to join our growing R&D Technical Service team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in post-launch product improvements, collaborating across multiple teams and working with external partners to make a real impact on products reaching consumers worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing * Lead and coordinate post-launch product updates, including changes to raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing sites. * Collect and organize technical documentation (safety data, claims, manufacturing details) to support global market launches. * Support R&D and manufacturing teams with process optimization and testing changes. * Write and review technical reports, protocols, and development plans. * Manage and execute in-house testing and coordinate outsourced studies with external partners. * Share project updates and keep stakeholders informed throughout development. What We’re Looking For * A science degree (or a closely related field). * 3 years’ experience in product development and/or project coordination. * Background in healthcare or personal care products, with formulation or testing experience. * Understanding of confidential and quality technical agreements and supplier processes. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with confidence working cross-functionally. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. * Proactive, solutions-driven, and detail-focused approach. * Proficient IT skills (especially Microsoft Office) with the ability to present information clearly using tables and spreadsheets.
