We’re ambitious, future-focused and committed to shaping the future of electric mobility with digital solutions that deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Our culture is built on inclusivity, respect and equal opportunities. We recognise that our diverse backgrounds, beliefs and experiences shape who we are, what we do and how we do it. It’s an exciting time to join us, why not be part of the journey?
How you’ll play your part
We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, someone who’s passionate about working across the business to shape and deliver meaningful people strategies. You’ll thrive on making things happen and bringing people together to drive progress across Mercedes‑Benz.
As the Senior HR Business Partner for Financial Services, you will lead a team of four colleagues to bring our people strategy to life driving our business performance through the engagement, development and retention of talent.
You will build and sustain credible working relationships across the business, using your HR expertise to influence and support senior leaders. Your experience of business change will be crucial as you collaborate at senior management level and guide people-related decisions that enable growth and agility.
You’ll have proven people leadership experience, strong business awareness and commercial acumen, and excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience within a financially regulated environment is desirable.
You’ll also need strong knowledge of the UK talent market and employment legislation, with a CIPD qualification.
At Mercedes-Benz, we operate with integrity and therefore you’ll need to adhere to ethical standards in accordance with Mercedes‑Benz AG Policies and the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti‑Bribery and all relevant competition law.
What’s in it for you
You’ll be joining a friendly and dedicated HR team and working environment that supports both personal and professional growth. We’ll offer you a competitive salary and discretionary bonus. We also hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, with access to our colleague’s car schemes. On top of that, you’ll be able to join our pension scheme, and you’ll get a flexible benefit pot that can be used to find the benefits that are right for you. We are pleased to be able to offer a hybrid working approach – achieving a great balance between remote and office working.
We’re here to support you – we offer access to colleague wellbeing resources, including an Employee Assistance Programme and Mental health First Aiders, as well as flexible opportunities to support work life balance. We’ll also encourage your development; with the training and knowledge you need to reach your potential.
Who we are
Across Mercedes-Benz you’ll find a team of passionate people. We know that to keep our colleagues motivated, we need to ensure that everyone has equal opportunity.
We celebrate a culture of appreciation and respect, ensuring everyone is valued for who they are. Diversity is part of our identity – it reflects the customers we serve and fuels the ideas that drive us forward.
