THE BUSINESS
The preassembly site at Hull is setup to facilitate the storage of major Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) components and the preassembly works in preparation for load-out to the offshore installation vessel.
THE ROLE
- The spotter assists the driver of the SPMTs.
- The spotter ensures the safety of the operation by providing clear communication with the driver.
- Monitoring the path and alerting the driver for potential hazards or obstacles.
- This role is critical in high precision moves where the load size and weight require careful navigation.
- Types of loads and capacity: Nacelles- 750t and towers up to 270t
- Type of equipment and configuration: KAMAG K24 4L and 5L used with A-frame
THE PERSON
The business is looking for the following essential criteria:
- ID card or passport
- Driving license
- CSCS OR CCNSG safety passport
- Steel toe cap ankle safety boots
- Safety Helmet
- Safety glasses
- Fire retardant coverall high visibility work wear
The following criteria is desirable but not essential;
- Telehandler / Forklift license.
- Proof of medical examination (fit-to-work)

- Temporary 1 year contract, could go on longer
- £13.50/hour per hour
