DHU are looking for a People and Culture advisor to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract
The Purpose of the role:
You will support the People & Culture Team in delivering a comprehensive, consistent and professional service to our customers in line with our CARE values and behavioral framework. Providing proactive, professional, and consistent Absence Management and People Relations advice and guidance.
A key focus will be on maintaining accurate and consistent data, communication and escalation where required. Providing expert advice and guidance for key People Relations projects such as, but not limited to; TUPE, Management of Change (MOC), and internal and external audits
Location: Leicester
Daily Duties of a People and Culture Advisor:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for absence-related matters, including short term sickness long-term sickness, long-term leave other, family leave, and other statutory or discretionary time off
2. Monitoring and tracking employee absence management, analysing trends and identifying patterns and addressing it accordingly and where relevant.
