Telesales and Trade Counter Assistant Peterborough
Full-time | Permanent | In-Branch | Monday to Friday | 7.30am to 5pm

What Youll Be Doing
Supporting customers by phone and in person with exceptional service and support.
Accurately processing orders and maintaining high service standards.
Assisting trade counter customers and helping them find the right solutions.
Building strong relationships to better understand and meet customer needs.
What Were Looking For
Previous sales experience in electrical wholesaling is ideal but not essential.
Product knowledge and industry terminology are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm and energy to thrive in our business environment.
