An exciting opportunity has arisen for a personal assistant in the Preston area. Our client is looking for a caring individual who has great people skills & a passion to support others.
The role is to support a female adult in her own home with a view to enabling greater independence and confidence. Our client is interested in fashion, clothes, make-up, art and travel so ideally the applicant would have similar interests.
Experience of supporting individuals who have complex needs is essential
Duties will include;
Occasional support with personal care.
Prompting with daily living tasks such as maintaining personal care, domestic duties and taking medication.
Our client would also like to go on into the community regularly visiting clothes shops, beauty shops, cafes, possibly may like to go for a walk in the local park.
Car driver with business insurance is essential.

Hours to be worked: Monday – Friday. Monday – Thursday 4hrs per day and 3hrs on a Friday. Very occasional weekend work may be required.
Hourly rate: £15.00
Holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks plus a workplace pension.
