A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to join on a contract basis, working directly within the business and fully on site in London.
This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role, focused on active sourcing, pipeline building, and supporting hiring managers with live demand. While the title reflects seniority, this is not a purely strategic or people-management position. The successful contractor will be close to the work and accountable for delivery.
The role
* Direct sourcing and pipeline generation for live roles
* You'll be focused on hiring Software Engineers alongside UX and Product roles
* Market mapping, headhunting, and proactive candidate outreach
* Screening, shortlisting, and managing candidates through early-stage hiring
* Partnering closely with hiring managers on role intake, priorities, and feedback
* Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
* Keeping ATS data accurate and usable
* Bringing senior-level judgement to delivery decisions and prioritisation
What they are looking for
* In-house recruitment experience or RPO/Embedded (previous agency experience is great though!)
* A Tech Recruitment background
* Comfortable operating at pace in a delivery-focused environment
* Confident stakeholder management with hiring managers and leaders
* Happy to be on site five days per week
* Experience working contract roles inside IR35
* Location: London, on site five days per week
* Contract: Inside IR35
* Start: ASAP
