Assistant General Manager – Burger King Stansted Airport
Position: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week with flexible working across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £33,000 per annum.

* Support the General Manager and lead the store team.
* Maintain the highest standards of brand quality and safety for customers and staff.
* Inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty.
* Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.
* Demonstrate proven experience and confidence in leading a team.
* Set an example of excellent service skills.
* Communicate effectively and clearly.
