We are recruiting a dedicated Specialist Project Worker to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support within a psychologically informed environment (PIE). About the job: Deliver tailored, one-to-one support for residents with multiple disadvantages Co-produce activities and interventions with a focus on recovery and empowerment Provide intensive housing management and life skills coaching Maintain accurate support plans, risk assessments, and records Act as an advocate, linking residents to key health, housing, and support services Work collaboratively with partners through multi-agency models About you: 2 years’ experience supporting people with complex needs Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-focused practice Strong communication and crisis management skills Passion for person-centred, anti-oppressive support NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Housing or equivalent (desirable) This is your chance to be part of something meaningful from the ground up.
