Salary : Starting from £49,000 per annum

About the role
Join our Design team as a Senior Technician and contribute to delivering complex civil and structural engineering solutions across highways, rail, and water infrastructure projects. Youll be working within a growing, collaborative team that values quality, innovation, and professional development.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Technician, youll be working within the Structures & Geotechnical team, supporting them in delivering high-quality design solutions across permanent and temporary works. Your day to day will include:
Producing BIM models, 3D designs, and 2D CAD drawings using REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to support tenders and project delivery
Checking and coordinating building structures information in a quality assurance environment
Supporting bid and tender activities, including feasibility studies and concept design development
Undertaking site inspections and ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and British/European Standards
Contributing to design deliverables including calculations, reports, and risk assessments
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Technician is great for you if:
You hold a Bachelors degree (construction-related) or HNC/BTEC in Structural/Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction
You have extensive experience producing building structures models and drawings compliant with CDM Regulations and relevant standards
Youre highly capable in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD on building structures projects
You hold a Full driving licence
Youre passionate about working for a collaborative, trusted, and delivery-focused organisation
