We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team in Liverpool. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services, generate sales opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
* Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
* Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
* Record customer information and sales accurately in the CRM system.
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally and effectively.
* Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a telesales, sales, or customer service role (preferred but not essential — full training provided).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
* Confident, proactive, and motivated by targets.
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Basic IT skills and experience using CRM systems (desirable).
