Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in the Argyll Aracde, Glasgow. The Sales Consultant will provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending suitable products from the store's wide range of jewellery and luxury watches. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with inventory management, and supporting store operations.
Qualifications
* Sales Consulting and Consulting skills with the ability to deliver outstanding solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service skills to enhance the client experience.
* Excellent Communication skills, including listening and articulating ideas clearly to engage effectively with clients.
* Proactive, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
* Previous experience in retail or luxury sales is preferred but not mandatory.
* Understanding of jewellery and luxury watches is a plus.
* Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
