Offer description

We are thrilled to offer an exciting relocation package of up to £8,000 for clinical professionals eager to join Cheshire and Wirral Partnership! If you're ready to make a fresh start and move closer to our vibrant community, this is your chance.

If you're living more than 40 miles from the base of the role you're applying for, and are willing to relocate within 15 miles of your new base, you could be eligible for this opportunity. Be sure to mention it on your application, and we'll explore this further if you're invited to interview.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner to step into the role of Team Coordinator for the 0-18 CYPMHS East Team. With your leadership skills and professional registration, you'll support and inspire a dynamic team. You’ll use your excellent communication, organizational skills, and flexible approach to ensure a positive experience for every young person and family we care for.

Join a passionate team committed to providing outstanding care, and play a key role in leading clinical staff while shaping the future of the service. Together, we will place the needs of children, young people, and their families at the heart of everything we do.

Provide dynamic operational management and leadership to the team, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of Trust pathways and protocols. This will enable the team to deliver safe, effective, high-quality, and compassionate care.

Clinically, you will manage a complex caseload, providing high-level assessments and interventions reflecting your seniority and experience. You will also work closely with the Team Manager and other senior colleagues to foster effective multidisciplinary collaboration within the team and across the wider CYPMHS service.

You will ensure clinical practice meets required standards, focusing on shared decision-making and continuous evaluation of care through routine outcome measures. A key part of your role will involve leading recruitment, supervision, and staff development, ensuring team efficiency within available resources while meeting performance targets.

Additionally, you will lead the establishment, implementation, and monitoring of policies and procedures, ensuring team compliance with high standards of care.

Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for further details. When applying, highlight your skills, knowledge, and experience aligned with the essential criteria to increase your chances of being shortlisted.
