Head of Sales

Are you a high-performing Sales Leader who drives revenue, builds discipline, and thrives in a fast-paced commercial contact centre environment? We’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead a 25+ person sales function and continue to deliver serious growth.

What You’ll Do
1. Lead & develop a multi-channel sales teams across inbound, outbound, account management, cross-sell, retention and product sales
2. Drive revenue growth, sales performance and commercial targets
3. Build daily sales rhythm: call discipline, conversion tracking, pipeline accuracy
4. Improve cross-sell, upsell and first-call conversion across all teams
5. Challenge underperformance and reset expectations where needed
6. Deliver structured sales coaching, training and performance plans
7. Utilise Microsoft CRM and Power BI to drive sales behaviours and decision-making
